Making my epilepsy worse?

I wanted to know if there's a way to make my epilepsy much worse so I die from it? I have epilepsy and I heard you can die from it. Is there anyway to trigger myself to have Seizures that won't be like torture to me(right now the only thing I know 100 percent gives me Seizures is lack of sleep and I don't do well with lack of sleep)

It sounds like your life is very difficult now. I think the issue with your illness (like for some other people here) is that worse does not always lead to death but rather to more complex disabilities.

Yeah the lack of sleep is very difficult for me though. The type of seizure I get for that also isn't usually a big one but more like the shakes. Like my body shakes and moves I can't control my own body. It's not the kind where I'm knocked out which is the kind I want since I don't feel it at all and it's more serious.

I'm not just doing this to try and kill myself but I also want to get out of certain events coming up that I am scared to go to because of my ptsd and anxiety.


Anyway lack of sleep is torture for me

However, there are some medications people with epilepsy can get that are lethal.. luminal, i think, is one, but if i recall that's normally only prescribed anymore in third-world countries.
