Making it look like a peaceful Accident ?

I know there have been some very brief threads about this before, but most of them talked about falling off cliffs or car accidents... not very peaceful things. I have an autoimmune disease so I'm thinking there must be something I can do that is peaceful but looks accidental—- problem is I do not have anyone to remove equipment after.
Suggestions? Ideas? Random discussions? Thanks!
