Method Looking for confirmed deaths using the ePPH COGen.

Hey all, looking for a bit of help/info. Although the PPH has useful instructions on the construction of the COGen, and the necessary CO levels required, I'm struggling to find confirmed cases.
If anyone has any reports/cases, I would really appreciate it.
