Method Looking for a method that can be set up in one day

I currently live in the US and the way things are going right now, I really want to CTB within the next 24 hours. I sadly could not source SN in time so I have to look for alternative methods (suffocation/alternative poison/whatever). There are some major lies that I told which are set to collapse today so I guess it's the perfect time given that I wanted to end it anyways.

I have access to physical stores and will be able to source pretty much any common material as long as it is sold for noncommercial use. My plan is to buy a hotel for two days and carry out final rites there. Money is a non-issue.

I don't currently have links to it, but I have seen some rather noninvasive methods that slowly obstruct the breathing tract/ nerves so something like that would be ideal.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated

Edit: I don't really care how the aftermath looks like. It just needs to get the job done so ideally something with a good success rate. I am also very unlikely to chicken out once I fully commit.

All things considered, your best bet is probably going to be firearms, hanging, or jumping. Each method should be researched and planned still though, as mistakes can lead to severe lifelong consequences
