Hi all,
I was curious if anyone had experience or knowledge of freezing liquid methadone? I am fortunate enough to have easy access to it (while not having an opiate addiction to need it regularly). I know the doses do not need to be refrigerated over the two week timeframe the take-home doses are issued.
However, I'm thinking storage for months (probably 3-400 mg combined with some benzos or some other good sedative). Most liquid things tend to do well in the freezer...should methadone do OK without significant loss of potency? How about that nasty cherry syrup they add to the dose...should that hold up well enough to be drinkable when the right time comes?
Thanks in advance!
