Venting Literally have not been sleeping and my nervous system, can’t function glued to this phone evolving mental illness

I'm scared bipolar and schizophrenia run in the family and I'm scared I'll end up homeless. I can't function and it's like I'm numb.

I see why you are scared and feeling paralyzed. I don't know much about the conditions, is there any way to get ahead of diagnosis? Finding out early if it's appearing, then using whatever management strategies are out there?

Well I have begun therapy at 19. But I have ptsd I think from traumas my brain and nervous system are junk rn I'm glued to my phone and numb feel I can't work. I'm not sure if I can heal im scared
