When there is a line through someone's username, does mean that person has died?

I've kind of wondered this myself. For me, if that person has indeed passed, I like to spend a little extra time reflecting on their words... kind of a way to honor them and pay respects. While the rest of the world has likely forgotten, in that one moment they are remembered, even if it was just an extraordinarily small (and maybe even inaccurate) representation. If that person has been banned, well, that's just wasted time and sentiment. Not like my time is really worth anything, though. I don't mind really.

It should just mean they died, put 'banned' by their name if they are indeed banned
