Venting Life is boring

Life is so boring. It's just waking up every morning, eat breakfast, attend classes, do assignments, eat lunch, watch YouTube, go to sleep, and repeat. If life is a video game, it's the most boring video game ever. It has a huge world, but most of it is inaccessible, locked behind a paywall. Interacting with NPCs is a pain. There's literally nothing interesting to do. The quests are super hard and boring to do. Quitting the game must be a legit option.

Always sad, always in pain, always tired, always bored. Fuck this.

I'm also really tired of suffering in this meaningless existence, if it's up to me I'd never would have chosen to exist, it's certainly so terrible to me how suicide isn't accepted as a valid option to escape from this.

I am constantly bored, but I don't feel like it's because I'm constantly surrounded by stimulation because it rarely has an effect on me, but because of how uninteresting and meaningless my life is. I grew up homeschooled, so I don't have a lot of friends in real life, and I also don't have a job. Living is torture.

if there's one important thing in life that i've learned, then it is that you shouldn't compare lives to each other.

everyone has gone / goes through something different in life. they've all had their own ups and downs.

at the end of the day, who is there to judge which one of the two people has gone through worse? no one.

bc people simply don't understand the true issues of mental health.

they feel obligated to help. and that's where it goes wrong, bc they wanna help us live & that's the last thing most of us want.

i mean sure, i can totally understand they wouldn't help us catch the bus at the very first day when we're truthful about our suicidal feelings and thoughts but it shouldn't take more than several months for them to finally be willing to help us the way we want them to help us.

I feel similar to you. I think most people would tell you to find a hobby or an interest to pursue, someone that you can wake up and look forward to everyday. For me, that hasn't really solved much. I'm unable to enjoy any hobbies I pursue so I usually just drop them after a week or so. The few that stick do bring me slight fulfillment, but still don't solve my disinterest in life, nor my desire for suicide. Personally, I think it's because I have to do them alone. I can imagine myself enjoying things easier with a friend or a lover.

I'd still recommend trying to find a hobby instead of just watching YouTube in your free time. Maybe it'll be different for you.
