Who has life insurance or planning to get one before CTB? I know there's a standard 2-yr suicide clause in the US.

You should read your policy to be sure. If it's an accidental death policy suicide is excluded.

I know how one can end their life and make it look like an accident or natural causes, thus not having to wait for the suicide clause to expire. Not sure if I wanna give out that information as I don't want my rates to be sky high when I plan to do it in the future. Lol

Don't be fooled by my newbie status. I have been researching suicide for years and have amassed several methods. I got N, SN, antiemetics, GHB, F, and a gun. Working on getting several more.

Edit oh and I forgot nitrogen. The other N. Lol

Many policies exclude coverage for any events that occur during and/or as the result of a pandemic.

I'm not fooled by your newbie status, and I maintain that I seriously doubt that you know how one can end their life and make it look like an accident or natural causes.

You've amassed a bunch of methods that are provable to not be accidental, so that does nothing to persuade me that you have such knowledge.

What persuades me that you don't know is that my father was a death investigator for over 25 years. His job was dinner table talk. I assisted him in the later years in giving presentations to lay people on death investigation.

The only method I've ever seen that can be believably considered accidental is with CO, like running a generator in the garage during a power outage, or a guy who barbecued in his van during bad weather, or campers who brought their cooled-off barbecues into their tents.

Good for you, though I'm surprised that you didn't know GHB and beer could be one of them too.

Guess you can't use that method now since you've outed yourself and the life insurance company might find out.

This account isn't connected to my real identity.

Given all this I'll say that GHB can be tested for but it's a expensive test that samples must be sent out for.
They might come up with a good test for it by the time I exit life too.

So GHB and beer was undectable but now it's not.

And you know how to make death look accidental or natural but you don't want to divulge because it could impact your insurance rates, but you're not concerned because this account isn't connected to your real identity.

Reminds me of the line in Team America: "I promise, I will never die." Or the kid in grade school who insisted they could do the moonwalk, they just weren't wearing the right shoes.

I totally believe you.

Do I really gotta spell this out? Ok the idea was that my life insurance would go up along with everyone else's if many people started committing suicide with GHB while on a life insurance policy in general. It wasn't that I was concerned about my life insurance policy finding out about my posts here.

And like I alluded to yes technically GHB can be tested for, but practically no, because it's an expensive test that samples often have to be shipped out for. Meaning it's usually only tested for if it's use was suspected. And hell I've even read of cases where it's use was suspected and the coroner still didn't test for it.

And yes I already told everyone what the secret agent for a accidental/natural death is GHB and alcohol. Nothing I'm saying here is controvertial, look up the case studies yourself. It's not rocket science.

What is the reason for amassing so many options? I mean, are you ambivalent... or is there a contingency that ctb is a last resort under this condition... I am curious because I have seen others post about this researching for a long time and amassing options...

The insurance that I have won't compensate for suicide

What if it's established that the suicide was due to depression? Would a medical condition help with the claims?
