5 males who killed women and children on death row in the US, have appealed on the grounds that "there is something unconstitutional with the way they will get their injections".

In what way are they claiming that it's unconstitutional?

Death penalty seems like a weak punishment for what they did. Suffering in supermax prison for the rest of their lives would be more appropriate, but I'm not sure if that would be a good use of taxpayer money.

I think a needle would be merciful instead of a lifetime in prison. Make it a double for me if I'm ever in that situation!

Their lawyers are complaining about a technicality with inserting the needle or some such thing
