There's always uncertainty with ODs bc each human body is different. There are LD50s for substances which means that at that dose 50% of experimental animals died for some substances there're also figures for humans.

Site is probably trustworthy but the given lethal amounts must not be lethal for each and everyone, circumstances play a role here.
