Laughing Smiley as reaction to posts?

I've been a Lurker in this forum for some time before I signed up. Today I noticed that some time ago there was a laughing smiley in the submenu reactions to a post. Why was this removed? I would be very grateful if it would be reintroduced, after all a bit of fun should also be allowed here alongside all the serious threads.

It's very easy to abuse that react to cause people who are already in emotional distress even more pain.

I must admit, its kinda annoyed to reacted to a funny or clever post with a Like or a Hug instead of a laughing smiley.

We need a laughing smiley! How about introducing a Haha smiley like this one instead of a pissing in the pants laughing smiley.

I dont think this laughing smiley can be abused to hurt others.

How about the slight smile (Unicode 1F642) that seems to be missing from the regular collection of emojis too:

Probably because some people use it as way to be a cunt. For example...expressing he or she is laughing at someone for something that he or she said.
