I have received my SN. I do not have access to AE, as it is prescription, but thought I would take some Pepto Bismol in it's place, along with an antacid. Fasting for at least 18-24 hours prior this should not be difficult as usually I only eat one meal a day. I think the hardest part in this process has been writing letters, and debating on doing a recording or not. The letters have undergone several revisions, and I'm still not happy with them. I've been thinking of meals to eat before the process starts, and activities that I would like to do. Part of me would like to eat a good steak, and maybe some Indian/Chinese/Mexican food before I go. I would also like to get drunk one last time, and was thinking of having sex the before I start the countdown to consuming SN. Any suggestions for additional activities to indulge in would be appreciated.

I can imagine that it must be a relief having the option of SN. I hope that you are able to enjoy the time that you have left, I wish you the best.

I'm not a big fan of drugs. I do enjoy getting my drink on though. How many drafts of the letters have you written? I just can't seem to find the right words to put into them.
I don't know about books for me. Just lots of raw emotions. The first few drafts were filled with hate and venom, they seem to have gotten better now, but I'm still deeply hurt by and upset with one person.I keep getting my letters out and adding to them. They'll be like books by the time I go

I think I'm on my 3rd for most of them. I keep worrying about people misinterpreting what I read. How do we even know when we should stop editing it?

Have you thought about what you're going to do on the day of ctb? Other than the method and prep for it.
I don't know how we know when we should stop editing it. I've written four or five drafts now to one person, and I cannot get it right. I was thinking about just laying out all the copies and doing a voice recording to her that would be an amalgamation of everything.
The only other thing that I really want to do on the day that I CTB is have sex.
A voice recording sounds like a good idea. I think it'd feel natural and you wouldn't second guess yourself as much. I'll try it out too.
If you're able to have sex and have enough energy to go through with the method then go for it!
The idea being having sex before was to get to that point of exhaustion where you just want to pass out, gulp down the SN and fade away in my post coital bliss.
