Help Known rate of Shallow water blackout?

I see some threads on shallow water blackout method and how to achive this but none mention if there are actually any successful attempts known.. i.e users on here..

Is there any recorded evidence?

This seems like my perfect method so just curious of the known success rate. The good thing about this method is that I don't need to purchase anything like SN and seems more reliable than partial hanging.

Well, it happens by accident all the time. It is the way people die in shallow water even though they could stand.

Methods seem easier to do accidently than on purpose like drug overdoses for example.
