Too many guys noticed what i was doing and i felt guilty to starve myself, so i took this shit.

Hopefully it will not get too painful, i will keep you guys up to date how painful it is if i can

If your liver gives up, you'll likely experience excruciating pain, the kind you could get high dosage opioids prescribed for is what I think they meant.

I read the no go methods, i just dont care.
I have earned it too suffer and as long as it gets it over with i am ok with it.

If it gets too bad i always can use the helium tank too end it sooner

Paracetamol OD is very unpleasant and if you get brought to an ER, they have NAC (the antidote to acetaminophen) and they have everything needed to prevent the death. Also the stages of acetaminophen poisoning are very slow (takes a long time for damage to occur).
Thats why its a non-method

They didn't even take me seriously after 12 days of not drinking and eating and to be honest i want to see how painful it gets.
Even if I get stopped and have lasting damage it will probably have been worth it

This is gonna be bad. You should call 911 or whatever your emergency number is. It's a slow, painful death (if it even works).

100% liver failure doesn't just happen like the flick of a light switch. It can take years. And in the meantime, while waiting, you get to live with all of the symptoms and increasing pain that a failing liver causes. My sister died (ultimately) from a failed liver due to liver cancer. Even with cancer eating away at her liver, it still continued to function, although on a readily declining basis. She went through hell for nearly 2 years. It wasn't pretty.

Remember taking all this , I passed out on the streets, ambulance was called , I somehow told them I was ok just drunk. went home and after a while I violently vomited , this continued for about 12-14 hours, I could take no more, pain was bad and I have decent threshold , called and ambulance, taken to hospital , stomached pumped (which isn't nice either) can remember doctor saying I was 1-2 hours away from possible death if I left it longer . was in hospital for 7-10 days had to see a specialist docs to see if I was crazy or not before being allowed out.

I am an older middle aged person this was when I was a teenager when there was no internet and we did not have the information you have at your disposal now, back then the options were either , overdose on pills, hanging, cut wrists or run pipe from exhaust car
