Хотел вам еще рассказать про метод проверки нитрита. Я видел, вроде бы в русском треде на ss, там предлагали смешать нитрит с сахаром. Чатгпт говорит, что нужно смешать 1 к 1 и поджечь. Это позволит понять что там nano2 а не nano3. С nano2 там по идее дожна быть намного более бурная реакция при поджигании, чем с nano3. Но я настоятельно советую вам самостоятельно всё перепроверить.

That's a wrong information. Both are strong oxidizers, you won't distinguish nitrite and nitrate this way. Such a test may reveal the difference between nearly pure nitrite and curing salt consisting mostly of NaCl though.
