Just got out the psych ward after 15 days and am currently headed to a residential program in Pennsylvania

So as the title says, I just got out. It helped me to the point of where I'm no longer actively suicidal, but am still passive. This program I'm going to is 30 or more days and I won't be able to use my phone then so I guess it's see you later for now SS.

Sounds very interesting program , and I'll hope you'll come back and report , feeling better :) We talked few months ago about outpatient programs (which I considered as well) and how they're not really accessible/helpful . So I am interested how things are going . I will miss seeing you around but I hope you will feel better !

Hey guys. I've stepped down to the PHP program so I can have my phone now. I'm doing ok. Still get in the mood to ctb at times, but not as much. I'm in a little more of a mood to ctb right now though because I had to cut off a toxic friend who was ultimately my favorite person.

Hey, you are a true survivor! I hope you manage to find a true recovery and even if things go back to how they were again, know that I am wishing you luck with it all. Courage, bravery and determination with whatever route you head. Rather than that, how was the ward? Bad or good? Did you perhaps get to make friends in there, or not?

I made a few friends, but one got mad at me outside of the ward because I told him we were just friends and not a couple. (He was in his 60's and I'm 21)

Ah, I kind of don't like it when people get mad over a rejection thing like that. Honestly, don't feel bad that he feels mad. His age was way too far off and even though they say love has no limits, that should be a choice you get to make. I am happy you made some friends regardless though. :) In my ward, people would make fun of me and my self harm, calling me a " hero " and a masochist or whatever. And calling the cuts " tattoos " .

It's alright, at least it's in the past now. Still makes me hate the experience though I had in there. And yeah, that's true! Shame he couldn't realize it himself.

He ended up calling me again and I told him I just want to be friends and he said being friends isn't bad
