“Just get help”

I've spent that past two fucking hours scouring the internet and making 10 phone calls trying to "get help" and guess what? No one tried to help. Called different inpatient and partial program facilities only to be completely ignored or told to "try someplace else". I was calling to find out how much the programs cost and if I could get assessed. Only one place I called gave me an estimated price, BUT they couldn't give a shit about getting me assessed. The other places all say they don't know how much it costs. And one place I spoke to three different people who didn't know. I'm so fucking over this fucking shit. I'm literally so suicidal right now and I'm about to just go jump off the god damn bridge and be done with it. Ffs life sucks.

Imo you only call these "help" numbers if you want to feel worse, not better. They are useless.

That is not even surprising, but any of the "help" only causes more suffering anyway, psych wards sound like horrific places that just make people even more suicidal. But the reality is that most other people could never care about what we go through, we are all alone in this cruel world.

Keeping the actual prices of treatments a secret to surprise with sky high costs. That's the American way, it's the default mo of hospitals.

If you don't have the wealth to buy help, or the status (etc) such that people naturally help you then I guess you just ctb.

It's true that no one ever wants to help, they only want to remove suicide methods because it scares them personally, but they don't have any interest in doing anything to help. The professional help services are only interested in making money out of the suffering, and have been very successful in doing so. I hope you can find the help you need.
