I see posts of planned CTB & I've even planned mine. Problem is for me that by doing so I think too much & SI kicks in. The closet I've come were spur of the moment. My first attempt with a rifle was thwarted but got thwarted by a very intuitive cat. My second & recently, I used the wrong anchor for the rope. I've got plenty of manipulators on both the cyber & real world , so I just need to let myself sink further until the moment hits. I'm very close now, just need to let things happen. Don't try to be positive or hopeful & let reality take it's course.

I'm sure I will be like this. Even if you're sure it's what you want- the actual final act I'm sure is scary. My method will likely be SN. Keep telling myself- I just need to drink something unpleasant. Like you- I'm hoping I can tell myself to just do it. We'll just have to see though. None of us really know how we'll be when the time comes.

Arr- bless- the cat would have put me off too. Expect it wasn't so endearing at the time though.

It certainly can be so frustrating and dreadful how actually leaving this world can be so difficult, it's like the SI exists just to prolong our suffering and keep us trapped here in this cruel, awful world. But anyway, I hope that you find the freedom that you wish for, best of luck.

I've read that the taste of N is more unpleasant while SN is just like a salty sea water
