I very strongly advise against people 'testing' SN. It's a poison. You can't mess around with it.

Reading the protocol that is recommended to follow for an SN CTB, the idea is a fairly large amount in a small amount of water. A short sharp shock so to speak. Overwhelm the system quickly. If you genuinely intend to end your life, there's worse ways than by downing what is essentially a nasty tasting shot. If you don't have the intention of ending your life, you really shouldn't test or touch the stuff, regardless of quantity.

Ah my apologies. I'm clearly more tired than I thought. Even so, I stand by what I said about the testing.

As for the method, yeah I guess that's a bit more to drink in one go. Which does make things a touch harder. But I think the principle is still the same. If you're seriously wanting to end your life, there's far worse ways than by just downing a drink.

I wish that when I was in Mexico a couple years ago with 2 broken ankles that I knew of N because I was sitting around in that bloody wheelchair for 3 days thinking of every way possible to exit this world.

It really should be. There should be a legal process to apply for assisted suicide, as in Switzerland, and it should be available to everyone, regardless of circumstance.
It's your life, ending it should be your right, if that's what you choose.

I envy you so much. You are so incredibly fortunate just to have N, it certainly sounds like the best suicide method to me and of course everyone who wants some should be able to access it. It's so cruel to deny people the option of peaceful ways to free themselves from this awful world, I really hate the fact how N exists and is used for animals yet we aren't allowed it legally. But I think that if I had N I would just leave straightaway and I would be so incredibly relieved to have it.
