Live in the US. Want to go quick, settled on SN (initially thought of Yew seeds). Ordered from US based company - some dude's energy, could be diesel. Says food grade. Please let me know if this is the right purchase. Thanks. If this is not the right choice, please let me know of any other sources within the US.

That is everything needed assuming you have strong antiemetics. If you dont, you'll want several glasses of the SN solution to keep replacing what is lost due to vomiting.
There are several other medications you can take that are for comfort care, but for a "bare bones" method, SN and water is all you need.
I do not have any antiemetics, I was just thinking of of two glasses of 25g of SN with 50 ml water, I was assuming one drink would work. My plan is 12 hours no eating/drinking, ingestion of SN 25g with 50 ml water, after 20 mins, a second glass of the same if I am alive.
