Just absolutely lost at this point

If I don't figure something out, I'm going to be stuck on this rock for many, many, many decades… This rock that won't let me go.

And every method here has people saying it's painful or ineffective for one reason or another. SN seems to be the only widely accepted method other than guns. But I still just don't know.

I'm starting to lose a bit of confidence in the few plans I do have. I've tried to tell myself that I've got this, but I just don't know anymore.

What will I do, how will I get out of hell…

You're right, there is no perfect method, each one has its own drawbacks. But unless this has to be done soon for a specific reason, you can take your time and weigh all your options.
