Would a seven story parking structure be an adequate height to jump from?

Most likely, but the landing surface would need to be hard (pavement, blacktop, concrete, etc...)

7 stories is by no means a guaranteed death.

I won't have the balls to jump; I get scared stiff even on higher floors.

Good luck.

I'd say it's a 55% percent chance. The height is very low if you want something more secure. The minimum for the method to be effective is a floor 10

I feel like there's no possible way to be for sure in this method. It depends on the surface you'd land on and how you land.

I have a relative that lives in a building with 15 stories. I've been on the roof and it's terrifying to look down. I hate heights, and I shudder to think of the costs if it wasn't successful. That being said, it might be my best option. I don't think I've reached that point of desperation yet.
