Is jumping of the 8th floor efficient enough? I didnt find a thread about jumping, what do you know about it?
You'll need to keep your eyes open and dive towards it.
Supposedly it is. In the documentary The Bridge (about jumpers on the Golden Gate Bridge) at least one survivor mentioned that he changed his mind after he jumped and while falling changed his positioning so he would land feet first instead of head first. All the jumpers who landed head first in the water passed, but since he landed feet first he survived, but now he's in a wheelchair for the rest of his life.Is it actually possible to control how you land?

I think it is. When high diving, people are usually able to change their position before landing in the water. I'm assuming it would be the same when jumping from a building. Is it actually possible to control how you land?
Unlikely though, but people die in unlikely ways everyday.. there's this joke-I once read about a woman who jumped from her second floor window and died... some people have all the luck.

It depends on several factors, you can definitely move while falling but not always control the way you land.Is it actually possible to control how you land?
The 50% failed ones died cause they jumped wrong(and due to that landed on their stomach/legs) or because its nearly impossible to aim your head down at 7th floor?Somebody once told me that:
7 story results in death 50%
12 story results in death 99.8%
I'm not sure. The person who handed me this information did not mention why they failed. The 50% failed ones died cause they jumped wrong(and due to that landed on their stomach/legs) or because its nearly impossible to aim your head down at 7th floor?
