So I'm thinking of jumping 200 foot cliff.
But it's onto sand/water.
What are my chances of survival?

It is onto water at high tide and sand at low tide
Go at high tide, I am not an expert but I read that jumping into water at a very high height will cause death, If I am wrong then sorry.

Jumping into water is better as it will most likely cause death as a result from multiple blunt-force injuries.

I'd probably spend some time reading the jumpers megathread

250ft is about 5% . So 200ft is most likely similar odds. Maybe 5-10% chance of Survival I'm guessing. If I was going to jump myself, I would go higher to make it a virtual guarantee of death.

I know that my grandfathers friend jumped from a 15 story building and landed on top of s car. I'm not sure how many feet that is but he died on impact. You may want to do something like that instead.

Jumping is a very painful way to go. That being said, out of 2000+ jumpers of GG Bridge, only 20 survived (~1%) - and that is whith immediate assistance from coastal guard. Considering GGB has 220 feet aprox I would say it is close to what you are looking for. But I will once more stress that jumping is a very painful way to go.

How long can that pain last though ?

I don't know. But at least for me suicide is a matter of making the (mental and emotional) pain stop. Not really looking for more pain.
