Have been looking at a few methods on here that look good, but tbh my organisational and practical application skills are rubbish.

Found a news article about a spot near me where at least two have had success before that says:

"sheer drop from the cliff to the rocks and sea about 50 metres below"

I think this is my new 'go to'.

Jumping is a sure fire way of the height is good enough though it's been known to cause immense amount of SI.

Also could be traumatizing to those who find you so I wouldn't personally recommend it myself.

Either way I hope you find peace OP. Best wishes.

I was thinking about a bridge near me more than 120 meters high and known for suicides. But I'm so so so scared of SI. And if I go there and don't manage to jump, my situation will get way worse (currently in a psych ward).

Anyway, if it's really what you want and you feel you can do it, may you find peace.

Sometimes. I cried today. I've put my timeline to weeks rather than days probs because of fear. But also currently writing a draft suicide note.

I agree that not too keen on traumatising those who find me, but at least won't be anyone who knows me.

I'm reasonably sure that if I drink enough I can ensure I will go through, also a couple of other things can done beforehand to make it a 'no going back' situation.

I guess the thing is knowing what you can and can't do. It's only a few times in years that I've been completely willing to. This time I plan to plan better.

Jumping sounds like a terrifying method to me, I think those who choose to ctb in such a way certainly are so courageous. But anyway I wish you the best with your plans.

This is also one of my backup plans. Did you think any more, and are you still incarcerated?

Still incarcerated. The bridge is always in my mind but still not managed to convince myself I was able to do it. I just wish I had someone to go with.

How is it? I mean obviously it isn't good, but I wonder if it's similar to my experiences.
