Job interview today.

I have a job interview today. My anxiety is a peak levels and it manifests itself physically making me nearly puke. I am still not 100% sure I can do it but Im just going to try and go through the motions.

Try to get in the frame of mind you don't care but revise everything about the role and company, think about if they ask you about any weaknesses. I say I take on to much work but realized it's impossible to keep everyone happy so share more with my colleagues.

If it's online have a few notes visible to you but out of sight to them and a note pad you can nervously scribble on, take as long as you need to answer their questions without making strange sounds like um and ˈaah, lol, to buy more time say good or interesting question.

Made it through,it wasnt an interview as such it was a medical plus a couple of other bits. I was ok once I got there. Found out on the way back that my ex who left me a month ago is now seeing someone else so bittersweet as it was her who inspired me to go for the job in the first place.

Im really fucking sad right now.
