I also agree. There are some really lovely, really deep thinking and really intelligent people here.
Maybe those qualities are enough to survive. You can survive without those qualities too. However, something must be hampering all of our abilities to thrive. Is it enough to just survive? Especially when you don't want to? Just because someone has the capability to recover (maybe,) does that mean they absolutely must?
Not meaning to have a dig at you. It's just that I firmly feel that the want to live even has to come from the individual. Someone could appear to have everything going for them and still want out. That's got to be frustrating to the person who would give life a shot if only they did have this, or didn't have that but there's not much point in comparing our misfortunes and deciding some people should be ok. They get the final say at the end of the day. It's not like we can give our lives to those less fortunate either.
I don't mean to have a go at you though. Maybe it will help for some people to read that there's still a chance for them.
