It was only today at the age of 20 that I found out what an insurance claim is. That is absolutely unacceptable. I should have known this stuff back when I was in high school. Instead, my parents want me to be dependent on them for the rest of my life and so that they can control me. I cannot let them continue to shelter and control me; for it has mentally and emotionally stunted me to the point where I cannot function in the real world. Problem is, I don't know how to escape and be rid of them and the rest of my family.
