Great to hear you're in a better place!
I think that fear is natural. You've been down, probably a lot, so sometimes improvement just seems too good to be true because down became what we were used to.
CTB can still be logical and justified if you've improved, but try to game plan a bit with yourself that impulse is not the right way to go about it. If you've gotten to a better place, you always could get to an even better place, so it's worth a minute to consider even in a bad state.
