It’s my time

My turn to go. I have cleaned the house so my mum doesn't feel she needs to in the immediate aftermath. I'm going to be alone for approximately the next 6 hours.

I'm doing full suspension over a door. I've got some sedatives as well to help me pass out (but I don't think I'll need it). A mixture of quetiapine, mirtazipine, diazepam, and zopiclone.

Letters are all written to everyone that matters.

The only thing that's upsetting me is that my mam will be the one to find me. I'm considering putting a note on the door to tell her not to come in and to just call the police. But I don't think she would listen to it anyway. Thoughts on this?

I'm going for a last bath before I do it, so will be around for an hour or so.

Yes you should. By doing so you have done your bit to give proper warning.

This method takes significant determination...you're not a coward if it proves to be too much.
