Having researched the SN method, last weekend while drunk I got home and pulled the trigger on ordering the SN, metoclopramide and ranitidine. Today it all arrived in one go (despite all being from 3 different countries) so I've now got everything I need to use this method.

It's a liberating, almost exciting feeling, maybe because over the last month all I've been able to get enthusiastic about is my suicide.

The only question is if/when I'll use it. I feel like I'm at the end of my rope and every day is a living hell so it's only a matter of time now. It will probably be at a time when I feel like I physically cannot take it anymore (which happens a lot).

I don't eat for days sometimes so that's not going to be a problem. I'll probably get drunk, wait for my stomach to empty and then take the metoclopramide/ranitidine an hour or so before then drink the SN

I'm going to try and source some painkillers/anti-anxiety drugs to take beforehand so I'm unconscious before it takes effect.

I will try to post here before I do it. If I fail I will report back assuming I haven't been admitted. If you don't hear from me it will be because it worked.

It must just be a sense of relief that you have what you need when and if you want to go ahead.
There's nothing worse than acting on impulse when your method is then limited.
I wish you luck.

Thank you.

It is a relief. I do want to go ahead the only thing holding me back is how it will effect the people in my life I love. It's a very hard thing to come to terms with. I kind of envy those on this forum who don't care.

And that must feel good.
