It is not clear how long you are meant to fast for the 48 hour regimen. Will fasting too long affect the SN and make it less likely to succeed?

8-12h for most people. Then stop drinking water 2-3 hours before the SN drink.

Fasting for too long can cause nausea for some, but 8h is fine for a large majority of ppl.

Technically the longer you fast for, the quicker your body would absorb the SN due to already having less contents in your stomach and small intestines. But as LocalAngel said above, fasting for too long will likely cause you more nausea.

Isn't coffee a laxative? I don't think drinking tea or coffee is a good idea.

@Tricondyla ledouxi i'm not sure, but it doesn't affect me the laxative, it affect drug absorption, it's just i like coffee and drink 4-5 glasses a day. would like to know in advance the last time i can drink it lol
