When you ask them they will say, "Oh they havent experienced the whole of it" Proudly like it is something to be proud of. older people talking like slaving and suffering to the world was all something to be proud of. A competition between humans to be the better human. We really are glass houses, where we look out from our own lenses as our own main character. Where ego drives our self worth and allow us to cope with the existence of our unique consiousness. It doesnt get better, only gets worse.
