Zofran 8mg with Metoclopramide 3 times 10mg is nowadays advised inside the PPeH and in the US for the lethal cocktails
it is deemed to be more effective than Meto or Zofran alone

I don't know why people are not more cautious and adding Zofran to Metoclopramide in all situations since it has been reportedsince some time to be much more effective in tandem (Zofran is strong, used in chemotherapy!!!)
