I don't have access to a gun and with this virus I doubt I can easily buy rope, so obviously drugs were next on my list. I lurked lost all hope for info on drugs, and ibuprofen didn't seem to work and most other drugs I have access to (all over the counter) don't seem to be good either. But what about Tylenol? Is around 50 or so pills good for a quick death and fairly painless?

I would like to comment that most attempts with acetaminophen are from young adolescents. Perhaps you may have lied about your age on here, and in that case, please do not use this website. There are outlets to help you at your fingertips, as in such there are also resources to help you in a peaceful exit, too.
Acetaminophen will not kill you in a peaceful way. In fact the survivability of overdosing on acetaminophen is high. Someone would likely come out of an overdose attempt with GI bleeding, tubular necrosis, or more commonly liver damage.

At first, you get a massive stomachache. That usually sends people to the hospital, and they get one of a few different treatments, and then the psych ward, and then home. Or just home, if they took too much because they're forgetful. I'm not sure how long it takes to actually die of liver failure if you manage to stick it out through the pain, but I've heard it's in the range of days.
I'd find another way.

In general, OTC overdoses are ineffective and can cause a lot of physical harm plus survival. You may also want to site search OTC overdose and Benadryl or diphenhydramine overdose.

Couple years ago I popped over 500 Tylenol in about 4 days time. All it did for me was make me sleep, puke, and feel like shit. Not worth it.

There is a reason Tylenol and Ibuprofen are sold OTC. Trying to OD by them is not a swift, advised or guaranteed method. It's not like the good ole barbiturates from years gone by, they handed them out pretty easily.

I actually just posted something about this. I overdosed on Tylenol about 6 months ago and it was awful. I was in the ICU a few days with horrible pain and nausea. The first day I could not stop throwing up even though there was nothing left in my stomach and was sick over the next 2 months. I had severe liver damage and could not hold food down during that time. I still have liver damage now. I don't recommend oding on Tylenol bc it's pure hell.

Not a good way, you would have to take it for many days/weeks in larger and larger doses with alcohol. It destroys your liver and then it takes days/weeks to die of liver failure which is terrible. Think turning yellow, itching massively from head to toe, while being poisoned slowly from inside out, like the worst hangover youve ever had times ten for days to weeks.
