I wouldn't suggest it, tramadol wouldnt be a very pleasant leaving. If you're looking for something painless maybe try N

i've been doing it recreationally and have found that doses of tramadol above 400mg at once have been known cause seizures... so, not a good idea

Mix it with a lot of alcohol and benzos and you might get lucky, more likely you'll just vomit with the amount you'd need to ingest.

Very iffy. The possibility for serotonin syndrome in particular scares me. The only way I would even consider endorsing this is if you had a massive dose and at least 24 hrs guaranteed privacy. Even then, it would not be even close to a first choice.

true, alcohol poisioning is the worst, if you want to ctb with alcohol than just grab a bottle and sit in the cold and wait for hypothermia to set in (if you live in an area that has those seasons), Id say it'll be cold for a bit but after awhile you'll just fall asleep

That's how my best friend died. Alcohol, drugs, fell asleep outdoors, hypothermia.

My heart breaks for you. It seems like you really cared for your friend, its a shame I won't know how much people care about me until I'm gone, and even then, will I even know?

I was searching for this as i have some and its the painkiller I'm using with SN. Was interested that in the link posted there is a report of a woman dying in 6 minutes from an overdose!

It's unlikely to cause death. Tramadol is a relatively weak, safer opioid only being added in US to schedule 4 in 2014. Of hospitalized cases of tramadol poisoning, only 1% were fatal.

Spoiler - tramadol poisoning

Edit: For the statistic see section 15 Tramadol-related mortalities.

I overdosed on it recreationally 12 years ago just gave me a seizure, didn't hurt don't remember it but I wouldn't count on it knocking you out for good even if mixed with other things. Hope this helps

Serotonin syndrome and most meds these day is a bad idea.

If someone got trauma with extreme pain they start immediately shaking and loose conscience in seconds. If the pain is really bad people get often euphoria from adrenaline and other transmitters their brains produce. They don't feel any pain or just little bit then.

But serotonin syndrome can be painfull in different way from which our brains can't protect us similarly. Like even thought of someone scratching a chalkboard with nails is painfull. In med overdose it can feel like brains are slowly electrocuted, for some like thousands of ants are running under their skin etc. Like it's not the pain but the continuous of something equally bad or worse since brains protect people from really bad pain but not from that.

By the way opiates makes skin itchy everywhere even in right doses that are described for pain (near max doses/day). Some say they like it some hate it.
