Yes, these are described as extended release morphine tabs. I can't vouch for the brand however, they appear to be manufactured by VERVE health in India.

Just means they have a longer duration than the instant release. These are usually prescribed once daily (8-12 hours) whereas instant release would be taken twice daily or every 4-6 hours.Similar threads
