Is this SN good though?

I ordered SN from this uk based site and I had forgotten about it because I ordered over a month ago but today it actually came. I thought I was ordering pure SN but it says it's mixed with other things. Does this mean I just have to take more or is it useless?
Sorry I had to block out the name of the company or it might get taken down.
