Help Is this SN combo good? (got everything)

I AM SO HAPPY, CAN'T BELIEVE IT WILL FINALLY BE OVER SOON!




While I did read lots of guides and resources, would be awesome if you could confirm if it's all good.

1. SN
Got it from probably the best source out there, if you recognize it only share it thru PMs so as not to bust it too soon.
Question:
There are a few small lumps of salt inside the bottle, is that fine? As you can see it's sealed and obviously never been opened, plus reliable source. But I did read somewhere about lumps...

2. METO (antivomiting)
Thankfully in the sh*thole country I live now it's sold without prescription!
Question:
It's the right one yeah?

3. ANTACID
Question:
This one I got is "chewable" tablets. I was so happy about getting meto didn't even look. Should I buy some which are drinkable, or drink this chewable tablets, or chew them?
Also this one contains "aluminum hydroxide" and "magnesium hydroxide". Is that good?

4. B-Blocker
Question:
The box says it contains "10 mg of propranololum" (in one tablet), which should translate as "Propranolol" in English. That's the good stuff right?

Other questions:

5. Should I just stick with meto + SN and avoid the other 2? See, the more ingredients the higher the chance of something interacting not the wanted way. I can deal with a little discomfort as long as it's more reliable.

6. I plan to not eat for 12-16hr and not drink for 2hr before taking it. Is it overkill? I can deal with hunger, I guess less food in stomach less chance of vomiting.

7. What would be the dosage for the "SN back up cup" in case I vomit? Just drink it straight after vomiting? Highly doubt I'll vomit, I am not prone to vomiting type of guy, but of course just in case...

I'll make a goodbye post before taking, CTB date this Saturday or Sunday Midnight.

On this question... Lumps means the SN has no anti-caking agent in it. Makes it even more pure.

No , all together it will be more reliable and quick . They don't interact .

Yes . Aim for 5-8 fast, depending on your metabolism .

Yeah but an irritated stomach (hunger acid) may increase chances of vomiting . Vomiting however won't harm fatality .

Same , and yes :) It is usually not required . Over 100 SN reports and no one reached for the second serving .

Lol, this SN combo is my ultimate painkiller!

Jokes aside, no I won't use anything else. The B-blocker should minimize the heart discomfort, and the Meto minimize nausea. From the mountain of sh*t I've experienced in my life, this combo should be a relatively smooth ride out.

Only meto needs to be tested . Read on side effects here (Meto section) and search more (e.g. 'meto test/trial/etc'). Check contraindication to your personal existing medication . Take half a pill and if only sleepy or mild discomfort, take another dosage, a whole pill, 8 hours later. Otherwise , if bad symptoms , stop . In rare cases use diphenhydramine for EPS .

2. 23:15 Take 3 x 10mg metoclopramide;

3. 23:25 chew x2 antacid;

4. 24:00 Drink 25gm SN into 100 ml of water mixed with 10-50* x 10mg propranolol;

- Don't drink anything 2hr prior to SN
- Don't eat anything for 8hr prior to SN
- Only very light meals on main day

*The thing I found out is in PPH it is reccomended to mix 1gm of propranolol with the SN drink, I have 50 x 10mg of it. Will all 50 dissolve in 100ml of water (plus the 25gm of SN)? I might drop 5-10 and see before adding more. If they don't dissolve, that may require lots of extra water (bad) or having many of them sticking to my throat...

If they stick in your throat surely just some small sips to help them wont be a problem?

Very interesting. I am very hesitant about using meto because on a daily basis I already experience serious vertigo, headaches and dizziness. My health has really deteriorated since last February. I can also mention my chronic debilitating and maddening tinnitus which I cannot bear anymore. It has become a deal breaker in my life. If bad symptoms arise when testing with meto, then what would be the best alternative?
Do you think domperidone would have less potential detrimental side effects than using meto?

Depends on the country, here I bought the meto across the street at the local pharmacy, no prescription.

If they stick in your throat surely just some small sips to help them wont be a problem?

The last thing one needs after drinking SN is having dozen(s) of small things stuck in throat, that alone might make me vomit. I'm currently drinking 1 vitamin D per day and it sometimes sticks. And the more water one drinks with SN the higher chance of vomiting.

UPDATE: So yesterday I tried 1 meto and reacted good to it. I'm still waiting for a kitchen scale to be delivered so my CTB might be delayed for a few more days, it's painful for me to wait much longer...

Sorry you feel your only option is to ctb, looks like you have your bus ticket ready, I have not tested meto yet but I tested proponolol i dissolved one 40mg tablet in water kept stirring and it took 10 minutes to completely dissolve I did use chilled water I have slight breathing troubles not so bad I use an inhaler but I am a smoker and I started coughing and couldn't stop until violently sick, I do get a coughing fit but I am not usually sick it may have been the lack of oxygen but I will try again and determine if I need to quit smoking for a week. I was fine up until the coughing started and that was game over.

Meto test next as well I hope that goes ok, I hope you find peace.

Wondering if this prolonged meto taking makes it more effective but didn't find much info on why it would specifically.

I couldn't find 40mg ones, only 10 mg which I have 50 of, but they are very small though.

Either stat or regimen way will work fine. I've never seen there's an actual difference between them except with 2 days regimen some may already be in your system, so at the time of taking SN you will have slightly more than 30g. There's a half life calculator and one member posted it, if I'm not mistaken you can find it through SN FAQ clicking on Antiemetics and searching for a link there. Which way you choose doesn't matter, just be sure to test a small dosage (like 5g of meto) and you may double the dose after 8h in case nothing major happens. Please read the FAQ

I wouldn't recommend eating a lot on your ctb day. Depending on your metabolism / how quicky your stomach feels empty it may be fine but I wouldn't risk it. A small to medium meal before about 8h of drinking SN seems the perfect way to me.
