If you're referring to drop hanging with a very long rope, then you essentially have 3 main outcomes. Either your neck will stay completely intact and you'll be left dangling from wherever you're hanging. (This is essentially full suspension hanging, and from what I've heard, this is extremely painful until you pass out (however this should however happen pretty quick if your noose closes around your carotid). Your second outcome is that your neck will snap and if you're lucky, your spinal cord will be severed and you'll die instantly and painlessly. Given you don't care about how your body is found; I assume you're talking about complete decapitation where your head is separated from the body entirely. This rarely happens, but if it does: Again, your spinal cord will be severed and you'll die instantly and painlessly. The problem with this is that a lot of factors are at play when you're going for full decapitation. Is your place of ctb high enough/rope long enough? Is your rope strong enough? What is your weight? How is your physical health? What is your bone density/thickness? You might be looking at any of these three options, so I wouldn't really recommend trying to drop hang unless you've accepted the risk of full suspension hanging accidentally.
