Here's the link for the rope then underneath that are descriptions about the rope. Thank you to everyone that reads this and advises. I know I am posting a lot at the moment.

(Someone said to use polypropelyne rope - this one is polyester. The polypropelyne one when I searced was the blue rope that looks really uncomfy that you often see around building work or some such).
This one looks a tad more comfy...:

Yes, it's very good. Protect your trachea with a scarf or something else.
