I asked about mixing alchohol and Ativan the other day and no one gave a reply to whether or not it was a good ctb method. I really need to know. I need something I can take and lie in bed and never wake up. Guess I'll have to try in a week and hope for the best.

I think it's kinda hard to come by someone who's knowledgeable to methods and finds your post to give you an answear. I also tried asking a question today. That's not exactly a common question, many people might not know the answer just like you, you can always try to do some research by yourself. From my knowledge OD-ing on medication is never a reliable method, and washing it down with alcohol wouldn't make a huge difference in this case. There's a really high chance you'll simply end up in a coma or with permanent damage instead of dying. On the other hand, SN is a really reliable method that can help you never wake up again, as you wish. I recommend looking more into it, this forum is full of information on a lot of drugs and medication and their effects.

It's a temporary issue, you could probably try looking up on google ''ativan sanctioned suicide'' or any keyword then sanctioned suicide. However, there's a lot of general information on other places of the internet, not only SS.

I'm sorry to say this but it's not guaranteed you will get a response as there's a lot of threads on here, threads get buried, it's just the nature of a forum, nobody is obligated to reply to threads and it might be the case of people just not knowing the answer. It certainly would make method research easier if they brought back the search function.

I think the failure risks are too high. There's a possibility that it can lead to death but I'd say the chances are low (LD50 rat 4500mg/kg). If you are serious about ODs you should look in the PPeH or these ones here:

it's not a good method. As an allosteric modulator of the GABA receptor, the efficiency of Lorazepam (generic name, makes it easier to recognize instead of local brand names) as a standalone medication is very bad in terms of suicide. Combined with alcohol death cannot be ruled out, but it's very likely you will live to tell the story.

My friend are psychiatrist and he said that alcohol makes the benzos work more than it should be.

Idk how much you'll take the ativan and how much you drink the alcohol. But it's not a good combination if you overdrink or overdose it.

Its just will damage your organs and you can't be killed by that.
