If my mom sent me money to my bank account, then I used that money to buy supplies for the inert gas method, would it be considered assisted suicide?

I would say no. Unless you asked her for the money and stated your intent, and she agreed to send it fully knowing what you are buying. I'm not a lawyer though.

If anybody accuses your mom, then what if you borrow her car then kill yourself in a crash, intentionally or by accident?
