This. Though uncommon, some people find sexual pleasures depriving their brain of oxygen. But some are very unfortunate so they end up killing themselves.

Haha, wouldn't rule that out. Just not enough details on this one, and I doubt someone who attempts hanging will allow herself to get tangled in rope all over, at least not intentionally.

My thoughts on this is that it's either an accident or possibly even a murder. But it's possible that it can be a suicide.
