Help Is there a way to talk to someone when CTB without being traced?

I just don't want to be lonely. I feel like being able to talk may help distract me from the pain. But I'm scared of being traced. I want to be able to speak openly, saying I've taken something and I'm going to die. I want that honestly and that comfort of being able to share the moment and not be alone.

If I call a support hotline, they'll trace me, won't they.

Is there any foolproof way to not be tracked? Or are there any other options?

You could buy a nokia phone, call them and shut down the phone and CTB. You'd have to move a bit far from where you originally made the call
