Is there a way to get an uk nitrogen cylinder in germany or is there an adapter to use an uk regulator on a german cylinder?

Hello.
I can get a nitrogen regulator and scba hood very cheaply, the only problem is that the regulator is made for uk cylinders and not german ones.
So is there any way to get an adapter to use it for german cylinders or is there a way to get uk cylinders in germany?
