Is there a way to die where you can also donate your organs?

unlikely, time period for organ donors, when someone passes. and depending on the ctb method if you're organs can even be used.

Less than 1% of organ donors end up being suitable for organ donation after death anyway.

I suspect that people who beat those kind of odds on a regular basis wouldn't want to kill themselves.

I wish there was, and I said so in my note from my first attempt. So there's at least one group of physicians that know the desire is out there

No. Not in 99% of cases. I am sure there are examples to be found in the literature where it happened but it's exceedingly rare. This is a stage I think every suicidal person goes through...wanting to do something good on the way out. Sadly it's just not practical for several reasons..
