Yep, everything about the ExitBag is on the PPeH and PPH Essentials including a pattern to craft it.
Best gases to use it: Helium and Nitrogen, avoid Argon if possible.

Argon is the worst inert gas to use with the ExitBag due to its weight (less eficient COâ‚‚ purging).
