I'm looking to jump from a height because there's too many people where I live. I'm wondering if there's somewhere in the East Midlands since Beachy Head is quite far so it will be expensive.

Buildings are a little risky since you don't want to put people below at risk of harm. I would look up bridges in the area and check their heights, but honestly bridges in the UK don't tend to be huge because our landscape isn't very turbulent. Beachy head would be the only place I would go to here personally.
